Iranian state television reported that Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, held a phone call with Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Qatar’s Foreign Minister, regarding the nuclear negotiations.
Abbas Araghchi and Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani discussed recent developments in the indirect nuclear talks ongoing between the United States and Iran.
According to Iranian state TV, the two officials exchanged views over the phone on the latest regional and international developments and reviewed the current status of the indirect negotiations between Tehran and Washington.
The two ministers also emphasized the importance of continuing consultation and cooperation in order to facilitate and advance the diplomatic process within the framework of regional cooperation.
