Israeli military spokesperson Effie Defrin stated that the protests in Iran are “an internal matter,” while emphasizing that Israel remains on alert against surprise scenarios from a defense perspective.
Despite saying, “The protests in Iran are an internal issue,” Defrin said that the military is prepared and on high alert regarding Iran in case of any unexpected developments.
Defrin added that continuous assessments are being conducted and that the public would be informed should there be any changes.
